- Rich text blocks support bold, italic, underline, lists, and inline links via a mini WYSIWYG toolbar.
- Download & link buttons render as styled CTAs with primary or outline variants.
- Callout boxes support four variants — Tip, Info, Warning, Note — with distinct color coding on the learner page.
- Blocks can be reordered and removed without affecting the main module element (video, reading, quiz, or scenario).

Auto-Certification for Self-Paced Programs

- Programs with no scenario modules now automatically issue a certificate — including a personalised PDF and congratulations email — the moment a learner completes all required modules.
- Programs with scenario modules still route through facilitator review in the Cohorts tab before a certificate is awarded.
- Auto-cert gracefully handles learners outside a cohort and logs every issuance to the notifications queue.
